frozen "Center of the Plate" items. The wholesale division
separates itself from the industry by also providing the "Custom"
cutting and packaging of beef, pork, chicken and seafood,

has several locations throughout the United States, which gives
our customers the opportunity to buy "Direct", that
way the savings are passed directly onto the consumer.
Direct USA works directly with the processors and product manufacturers
to assure that only the finest quality products go into our state

We source all our meats from the best suppliers we can find. Our
expertise ensures that we choose beef with excellent marbling,
tenderness and flavor. Most modern meat suppliers simply do not
allow their meat to mature, so it becomes tough and flavorless
when cooked. At Direct USA, we use traditional methods to mature
our beef for up to 21 days, allowing time for the rich flavors
to develop and for the meat to become incredibly tender. Quality,
service and most of all, taste is of the utmost importance to
all of us at Direct USA. We really care about the products we
supply, and we go to extremes to provide our customers with the
finest foods available.
